The app keeps everything on your own device. Your check-ins, your notes and anything you save stay in your phone, in this app. They are not sent to us, and we cannot see them.

If you unlock the full toolkit for £2.99, your payment and your email address are handled by our payment and email system so we can send your code and stay in touch. We use your email to send your welcome notes, and after that The Calm Catch Up, our weekly note. You can unsubscribe any time, in one tap.

We never sell your information to anyone. Ever.
