The Lighthouse
How this works
When you cannot see the way through, this is the light to steer by. How it all works, and the person behind it.
Chaos to Calm is your anchor in the storm. This is your lighthouse. Not another thing to keep up with. Somewhere to steady yourself when the storm comes in, understand what is going on with no jargon, and know you are not the only one.
When it kicks off
For the moment it is actually happening. One calm step at a time. Open it, follow it, breathe.
Feelings Wheel
Twenty seconds to name what you are feeling. Start in the middle, work outwards. It stays private on your phone.
Cope
Grounding and distraction tools for right now, plus boundary scripts you can borrow and make your own.
Learn
Short lessons, no jargon. Nothing longer than a cup of tea.
My Toolkit
Everything you save, gathered in one place, ready when you need it.
What the full toolkit unlocks
The in the moment tools are always free. Unlocking opens the whole library: every lesson, the full set of coping tools, all the boundary scripts, and your saved toolkit and check in history. It costs the price of a coffee, and it keeps this little corner going.
A gentle note
Chaos to Calm is here to support you, not to replace medical care. It is not therapy, a diagnosis, or medical advice.

About Sami
Hello, I am Sami. First, and most of all, I am a mum. I know the eggshells. The nights that turn on a single word. The 2am when the house has finally gone quiet and you are still wide awake, holding all of it, wondering if you are the only one who lives like this.
I built Chaos to Calm because I lived it, with my own daughter, who is now in her early twenties. Those were some of the hardest and loneliest years of my life. There was so much help out there for her, and almost nothing for me. So I made the thing I needed.
Somewhere warm and steady to come when it all gets too much. Not clinical, not preachy, just real help from someone who has stood exactly where you are standing.
I am not a professional behind a desk. I am a mum who went looking for the calm nobody handed me, and started making it for other mums too.
This app is the anchor I wish I had had. Keep it in your pocket, and reach for it whenever the storm comes in.
Your calm in the chaos,
Sami 💙⚓
